Founder and CEO of Manasota Key Realty, Inc. He is a resident of the Englewood area since 1973, previously in Orlando. His wife Linda and son Blake make up their family. He enjoys watersports, boating, tennis, making music and life on the beach.

A marketing and telecommunications background of studies formed a good basis for a career in Real Estate. We also own and operate a specialized musical instruments business called Gulfcoast Guitars.

Gulfcoast Guitars was founded in 1986 by Dave Lipstein, it's current owner. What began as a simple accumulation of instruments over the years from the late 1960's on turned into an avid musical pursuit, followed by a serious hobby, and finally to a very gratifying business pursuit. A career in radio and television followed college years dedicated to anthropology, archaeology, international studies and the first of several "garage bands". Today, the music lives on.

Initially Gulfcoast Guitars dealt mostly with vintage guitars, but has since grown to include several lines of new instruments as well. We have always tried to specialize in some of the more unusual and esoteric models produced by the main US manufacturers of yesterday and today. We currently are factory direct dealers for Gibson Guitars including electrics and acoustics, Jim Triggs, Larriveé Guitars, Santa Cruz Guitars and Dobro. We also feature new instruments from Fender, Gretsch, Martin, Taylor, Rickenbacker, Epiphone, National Resophonic and others.
