Englewood, is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida, about 30 miles south of Sarasota. The community is situated on the Cape Haze peninsula just north of Charlotte Harbor and world renowned Tarpon Fishing in the spring of the year out of Boca Grande. We are 90 miles south of Tampa Bay and 60 miles north of Ft. Myers. If you are visiting Mickey Mouse, Orlando is about 2 1/2 hours away.

 If you are cruising Interstate 75 from either the north or south, take exit 191, River Road and follow it into Englewood. At the first light, turn left on Pine Street. Go to the next intersection with a light, and turn right on Hwy. 776, Indiana Avenue. There is a big shopping center there. Go to the next intersection with a light, this will be Beach Road which is on your left heading west out to Manasota Key. You will cross the Intracoastal waterway at the Tom Adams drawbridge and then after a second smaller bridge will come out onto Manasota Key.
