Elaine Tomanek - Realtor

For the past ten years, Elaine Tomanek has enhanced her real estate knowledge with a very prestigious firm on the Southwest Coast of Florida. As the Englewood Office Manager for over 8 years, when the opportunity was presented to join Manasota Key Realty, Elaine was very excited to embrace the excellent local reputation and knowledge both on Manasota Key and beyond.

Her real estate career here in Englewood, continues to be very rewarding. She is active in the Englewood Area Board of Realtors, participated in several past Board leadership rolls, in addition to Board President in 2005. She also received the C.A.R.E. (Care About Realtors Award). Charter Member of the Englewood Chapter of WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors) involved in supporting many local charities.

Originally from Avon Lake, Ohio, Elaine’s career included co-ownership with husband, David of Tomanek’s Custom Construction for 23 years, which provided high-quality custom residential homes and commercial buildings under the direction of Gamellia Construction. In addition, Elaine worked 15 years at Penton Publishing in Cleveland, Ohio as the Advertising Production Manager of their largest magazine. She received the Performance Plus Award from the CEO, for the brightest idea in the company.
