Pat Samuels - Realtor
Although Pat has been a full time Englewood resident for eight
years, her roots here go back much further, over 40 years. She started coming to Manasota Key in
1968 with her husband, and he started coming here in 1956. They vacationed in Englewood every year,
and were able to make a permanent move here in 2000. She loves the area, and that is very
evident in her enthusiasm and knowledge in showing others what a wonderful
lifestyle we enjoy here. Pat
specializes in waterfront property, but knows and has an in-depth understanding
of the entire Englewood area market.
After graduating from Ball State University in 1967, she and
her husband Steve moved to Cincinnati, and except for a year living in
Heidelberg, Germany, she worked for the Cincinnati Public Schools for over 30
years. She has a Masters in
Education from Northern Kentucky University. During her career as an educator, she
served as a business teacher, including working with the hearing impaired,
Cooperative Business Education Coordinator, and Director of the Academy of
Finance. She was chosen as the recipient
of the CG&E Award of Inspiration for Excellence in Teaching, as well as
being named the Ohio Business Teacher of the Year.
Living on the water, she has ample opportunities to enjoy
boating and fishing. She also likes
to golf, ski, and travel. Their son
