Join the Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary Club in celebrating this nation’s Independence with the largest fireworks display in Southwest Florida! The fireworks will once again be shot off from Middle Beach (Blind Pass Beach,) and the show starts at 9:05pm on Monday, July 4, weather permitting. The viewing area is anywhere along the Lemon Bay Intracoastal Waterway from the Tom Adams Bridge to Englewood Isles and along Manasota Key. Prime spots on the mainland are Indian Mound Park, Veterans’ Memorial, Cherokee Park, and Lemon Bay Park. If you are watching from the water, please stay a safe distance from the launch area. Parking is limited at Middle Beach, 7770 Manasota Key Road, and spots fill up fast as well at the viewing areas along the Intracoastal Waterway. WENG radio 1530 will be broadcasting music synchronized with the fireworks. A big thank you to Lemon Bay Sunrise Rotary for making sure that the Englewood community can continue to enjoy fireworks on Independence Day!
Any donation to the fireworks fund is appreciated. Tax deductible donations can be mailed to LBSR Fireworks at PO Box 897, Englewood, FL 34295-0897.
