We hope that this first installment of our news for Conch-Out Vacations at Manasota Key Realty finds you safe and well. We thought we would begin this installment by sharing what has been happening over the past few months in Englewood and Manasota Key. After a 2 month ban on vacation rentals – vacation rentals re-opened 5/27/2020 – since that time we have experienced a busier summer than usual! The weather has been hot and the Gulf waters are clear and blue. Beaches and pools are open and following social distancing requirements. Masks are required to be worn in public, but our retail stores are open as well as our restaurants. Our summer guests were able to enjoy a wonderful getaway from isolation and enjoy some fun in the sun while still social distancing!
To date, our office is closed to walk-in traffic, but we are all operating remotely and seamlessly. We are only a phone call away!
Due to the guidelines set forth by Governor DeSantis and the CDC, our housekeepers are cleaning and sanitizing all properties based on the CDC guidelines. While we, nor anyone, can guarantee protection against COVID-19, we are doing our utmost to protect our guests.
Our check-in time has changed to 4pm daily. At this time we are unable to allow early arrivals or late departures. We are assigning lockboxes to our guests daily for contactless check-in.
