He had to have fire extinguishers installed in Anglers Resort numbers 14,3,17,4,11a and 12. Although I was coming from 12th street in Sarasota I only charged a 25$ service call. I also installed all the extinguishers and did the first year's annual for free. I have now been reaching out since September, begging to be paid. I have texted, called, left voicemails, and emailed the invoice at least 15 times. David will no longer return or answer ANY communications from me, and the messages left with Carla and the other folks in the office also go without an answer. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! They hire local small companies and then don't pay them. This took food off my sons plate. I paid for the materials, time, labor, and even their state sales tax! This invoice could have been paid with approximately 2-3 nights rental in just 1 of the above units that they own, instead they choose this....... It was clean but very dated, old stained Tupperware, very worn couch, several lights didn't work, there was a very creepy stuffed cat left in the closet. On the positive, the pool was amazing, the location was perfect, having a little back sitting area was a bonus. Being able to shuttle to the restaurants was great. Kitchen is well stocked first time ever renting a home I didn’t need to bring half my kitchen to be able to cook here, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, crockpot (huge) waffle iron etc the two dishwashers for a large group was a great addition. There are manuels on the appliances in the pantry by the door in the kitchen. It would have helped to have this information as we had to look it up online to use the dishwashers, labels on the drawers and doors would be helpful here as there are a lot. No need for beach chairs or umbrellas, you walk right out on the beach but if the sun gets to be too much just sit out on the covered lanai. Such a great space right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets and easy access to the beach just walk off the deck and you are on the beach. Two outdoor showers were great. Grill was great outside and refrigerator out there was great. All kinds of decks and balconies all over to have privacy or gather with friends and family. Conch-Out Realty got back to us quickly with any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a large home to rent at the beach in Englewood, FL walking distance to food and shopping and a couple of miles to groceries.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter and I took at girls trip to Manasota Key. We stayed at Sunburst Condos. Our room overlooked the Gulf and was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our tip to the beach. Booking with Conch Out Vacations was amazing. All the information we needed was sent to include thorough instructions and tons of details . Key pick-up after hours was easy.
